Lightsource bp, a 50:50 joint venture with bp plc, is at the forefront of the global transition toward low carbon energy. The Recruiting Challenge

In early 2019, to match their rapid growth, Lightsource bp needed to scale up their project management and development teams. Duffy Group reached out to Kevin Smith, the former CEO for the Americas, to congratulate him on his new role.
