It was a pivotal moment for Colleen Neese when she discovered the Duffy Group’s pioneering Duffy Recruitment Research™ model.

After more than two decades in retained executive search, it was a natural progression for Colleen to join the Duffy team in 2016. Her established business relationships in the nonprofit and healthcare industries are now embracing Duffy Group’s proprietary search model and trust in her ability to uncover hidden talent.

Colleen brings more than 20 years of executive search experience, having successfully placed senior-level executives in various operational areas. Her focus areas include the nonprofit, healthcare, higher education and financial services industries. Her expertise particularly shines in leading nonprofit CEO searches, where she skillfully partners with search committees and board members, having successfully placed more than 30 CEOs in recent years.

Her blend of practical know-how and exceptional project management skills culminated in a significant recognition in 2015, when she was named the top female Executive Search Consultant in the State of Arizona in “Who’s Who in Business,” an accolade presented by the Arizona Republic.

Colleen is deeply involved in her community, volunteering with numerous nonprofits including UMOM New Day Centers, The Foster Alliance, The Arizona Humane Society, The Ronald McDonald House Charities, Northridge Community Church and Cave Creek Unified School District.

A Chicago native and Arizona State University alumna, Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Business. When not working, she can be found cheering her two sons at football games, alongside her husband of 20+ years.
