Angelo Accomazzo serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Duffy Group, where he brings more than three decades of financial expertise to his role. He meticulously oversees budget and expense control, payroll processing, cash management and sales/revenue forecasting, ensuring the company’s financial health and strategic positioning for sustained growth.

Prior to joining Duffy Group, he enjoyed a 26-year tenure at Bank of America, where he led initiatives in consumer marketing strategy and credit risk management.

Angelo has a strong passion for promoting Financial Literacy across our communities, and especially feels a connection to youth service organizations such as the Arizona Council on Economic Education and Junior Achievement of Arizona. Angelo recently completed Bank of America’s Local Market Leadership Program and will be joining ASU’s Leadership Institute, a ten-month program designed to develop leadership skills and provide insights into higher education, business and community collaboration.

Angelo earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (Finance) from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Outside the office, he is an avid hiker and biker who enjoys the Arizona outdoors and is a dedicated fan of ASU and Phoenix sports teams. He and his wife, Debbie, have been married for more than 30 years and have two adult children, Devon and Mia.
